Updated sprites packs with CGs, BGs, new sprites, etc

As the title says I updated the artpack with a bunch of art stuff used in game. It's incomplete as I have many sprites to add, namely characters and sprite variants from Repurpose's part 3 update. But I'm going on vacation for a week so I wont be able to add em till after then. Thanks for the support!
